This is an online assessment for individuals to better understand how they show up in good times and under challenging situations.

The package includes a debrief with an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner. During the session, you will understand the results of your assessment and learn what they mean to your life. You will begin to become aware of how you respond to different situations and identify strategies to utilize the type of energy that will best serve you and those around you.
